Past Performance
- Social Media and E-Mail campaigns. Led two-pronged promotional campaigns, LinkedIn and email, to drive interest and attendance at multiple conferences for a minority trade association. These led to increased interest and attendance (up ~25%) with attendees citing our material as reason for attending.
- Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Intelligence. Our client, a residential internet provider, saw marked improvement in net promoter score (+18 points) and customer satisfaction (+13 points). Our tracking system including red flag notices improved their CX processes. In addition, competitive analysis notified them of threats in the market including new services, special offers and new partnerships.
- Market Modeling and Pricing. A national dental distributor, needed to examine actual market, not published pricing to understand their market position. We went straight to the source—the dentists—and provided them with a pricing model which made them more competitive and increased profitability.
- Product Launch Research. We conducted a market awareness and usage study for a new food product. Based on the results, the client was able to secure additional funding for the product and has successfully launched the product in the South Florida region.
